Jay7

Jasheim “Jay7” Wade, professionally known as The Untouchable DJ Jay7, is a songwriter, recording artist, DJ, and independent music executive. His place in the LaGrand Publishing songwriter directory brings his creative work into focus alongside his broader involvement in recordings, artist development, and entertainment.

Jay7’s career encompasses both making music and supporting the people who make it. As founder of LaGrand Records and Executive Manager of the AMG Twinz, his experience includes artist development, management, and touring. These roles give him a perspective on the relationship between a song, the artist performing it, and the work required to bring that music to an audience.

At LaGrand, Jay7 participates on both sides of that relationship: as an artist and songwriter, and as President of the Records and Publishing divisions. His songwriting profile is dedicated to his work as a creator, distinct from the executive responsibilities he carries across the company.
