Jasheim “Jay7” Wade

Jasheim “Jay7” Wade serves as President of LaGrand Publishing, the songwriting and composition-focused division of LaGrand Inc. A songwriter, recording artist, DJ, and founder of LaGrand Records, Wade brings both a creator’s and an executive’s perspective to the business behind music.

His experience across artist development, management, recording projects, and touring informs his approach to the publishing division. As Executive Manager of the AMG Twinz and President of LaGrand Records, he works across the creative and organizational sides of entertainment. LaGrand Publishing gives the composition and the songwriter their own place within that wider structure, separate from the recording-label business.

As President, Wade directs the development of LaGrand Publishing’s operations, with an emphasis on organized composition information, clear writer credits, rights documentation, royalty administration, and licensing opportunities. His leadership connects these business priorities with his own identity as a songwriter and his broader work supporting artists through LaGrand.
